These Levi Pioneer Sessions look fresh as hell. This one is John Legend and The Roots, check the info from Okayplayer:

“The latest release from the Levi’s Pioneer Sessions features a collabo from The Roots and John Legend. “Levi’s Pioneer Sessions 2010 Revival Recordings bring together today’s pioneering musicians to re-craft the classic songs that inspired their sound.” The Roots and John Legend give us a stirring rendition of Ernie Hines’ “Our Generation.” This track will also appear on JL and The Roots’ upcoming collabo album, Wake Up, which is set to drop September 21st. After both dropping albums in recent weeks, Eminem and The Roots team up on Jimmy Fallon. Of course, The Roots are Jimmy’s house band, which I still don’t get. Where do those dudes find enough time in the day?

Still not sure what’s up with Pink being on the album version of this track. Glad she wasn’t around for this one.
