The skinny jeans are back in effect. Shouts to the homie Chains for putting me onto these cats. Since I moved to Toronto, I've sorta been off my hardcore band steez for some reason. I ain't even rocking the skinnies as much. But right now there seems to be a bit of a hardcore renaissance going on, and Asking Alexandria are some of the illest cats I've heard in a while. Their unique blend of melodic singing, screaming, heavy guitars and electronica kills me. This is by far my favourite joint, 'The Final Episode (Let's Change The Channel)'. Peep game.

Sometimes technology sucks ass. Like when I find the dope new video for Chromeo's second single off their new album, 'Don't Turn The Lights On', but there's forseeable way for me to share said video. So you're stuck with the audio for now.
Someone upload the damn thing to YouTube or Vimeo, please.
DOPE TUNE!
So I think I might be a bit late on these cats, but Miike Snow are the shit. Quality indie/rock/eletronica. Their self titled debut is brilliant, and already been on heavy rotation for the past few days since copping it.
Check the video above for 'The Rabbit', which is a new single and not actually off their album. Shit is hilarious. It's got what every video needs: kids with beards, half naked dancing broads and a solid tribute to 2 Live Crew. Awesomeness.
