Spring is almost upon us...finally. First up, huge shouts to everyone who came out and supported 'Get A Tour Up Ya!' last month. We had a great time and the shows were a success overall (especially for a winter tour) - we got to meet a ton of y'all, we got the new merch in your hands and hopefully we put a lot of people onto The Movement Fam. Respect. We officially headliners!

Notion is not only an MC and a producer; he's also a very talented audio engineer. His mixing and mastering skills are essential to the label, and to the art we produce as a whole. His signature sound emanates throughout every project we've released since 2008, and has gone on to truly define The Movement Fam's aural direction. With almost a decade of experience recording emcees, singers, spoken word artists and musicians, Notion's skillset was acquired equally by his industrious curiosity and some selective mentoring from friends and associates in both Canada and Australia. He has now recorded, mixed and mastered more than 20 full length mixtapes, EPs, LPs and a strong catalogue of singles. Notion is responsible for the sound of Cee's debut album 'This Is All I Know', which hit Top 10 in Canada and Australia on the iTunes Hip Hop charts (and Top 100 of all genres in both countries) in 2014. Many projects Notion has engineered have also charted in the Top 10 across Canada on the Earshot Campus Radio charts.
