The homie King out of Ottawa dropped this banger on Soundcloud today - featuring Cee, iLLvibe, Yu$$o, J Capcity, Doc SVG and Alex Silas.

On September 13th 2013, Cee teamed up with Montreal based producer/DJ Dr. MaD to release their debut collaborative EP (and the first official EP either artist had dropped), 'Steps To The Peak' - an 8 track love letter to the 514. Seeing as we're about to celebrate the first birthday of the project, we figured there's no better time to launch the Deluxe Edition.
And Notion's remix to AwolNation's incredible 'Sail'. Grab it free from Notion's Bandcamp.
I love British music. So the homegirl put me onto Miss Goulding last weekend, and goddamn, I've been obsessed ever since. I guess you could describe her style as indie-pop, but it's just freakin' dope music. I've selected a bunch of her songs that pretty much summarise what she does, from her singles to live acoustic numbers and the incredible Jakwob remixes. Peep game.
I'm a huge fan of Zaki Ibrahim, after being put onto her during our last trip to Toronto. Just caught producer King Britt tweeting about his remix of Zaki's joint 'Money', and here's the video...
Travis is a fucking beast. He ripped up Slaughterhouse's 'The One', now peep what he does to Drake's 'Forever'. The verse is INSANE!
On the new video tip, here's the 'Digital Girl' remix joint. The track itself is decent, video is a bit of a trip. I still don't really fuck with Foxx on the mic though. Seems too forced for me.
I LOVE Melanie Fiona. This is the official remix with Busta Rhymes and Raekwon. I'm expecting HUGE things with this album this year. Check the joint after the jump.
The homie outta Denmark, Isjberg, is crazy on the boards. And after hearing Notion's acapella's for the Kevin Nottingham Remix competition, dude decided to do his own remix project, by combining Notion's vocals with samples from Gangstarr's classic 'Daily Operation' album to create 'Daily Domi-NoTiOn'.
Check out Isjberg's blog post on 'Daily Domi-NoTiOn'
And here's the tracklisting while we're at it:

1988 was the realest year in history. So where were you?
We all know where Mick Boogie was. Conceptualizing this remix album, that's where.
UK soulstress Adele, whose album '19' was definitely one of my favourite albums this year hands down, has been gratuitously remixed by Mick Boogie and friends, utilising Hip Hop classics from 1988 - and it works.
Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton even enjoyed it.
As opposed to just a mashup, it's a full remix LP that even includes dope guest spots from cats like Nalege (of Kidz In The Hall) and Big Pooh (Little Brother). Here's the tracklisting:
1) Chasing 1988: The Intro (f/ 6th Sense)
2) Day Dreams (nVMe Remix)
3) Tired (6th Sense Remix)
4) First Love (Remot Remix f/ Naledge)
5) My Same (Garbs Infinite Remix)
6) Melt My Heart To Stone (Kickdrums Remix f/ Big Pooh)
7) Cold Shoulder (Garbs Infinite Remix)
8) Right As Rain (nVMe Remix)
9) Make You Feel My Love (Remot Remix)

Shouts to my man Remot for landing two remixes on here, and of course, much love to his manager Sean Deez, the homie for real. Look out for Remot's work on upcoming The Movement Fam projects.
