The second single from Cee and SVNTY6's collaborative EP, "Be Better", samples Ms. Rodrigues' classic "O Xaile de Minha Mãe", a song Cee discovered a decade back during Spanish lessons. He had sent the song to around ten different producers over the years, and only SVNTY6 had been able to flip it right.

The big homie Definition dropped 'LvlUp' featuring TMF's Cee and Notion, with the Fam Digital Junkie on the cuts. Cover art by iLLvibe. Produced by Fingaling.
The homie J-Lah is a producer/DJ/fashion designer out of Toronto, and he laced us with the soundscape that became 'Wrecked'. A haunting sample kicks off the club-oriented, 808-drenched cut, with tongue-in-cheek tales of intoxication courtesy of Cee and Notion. And for those familiar with internet hilarity, the cover art is a variation of the Really Stoned Guy meme - it's definitely not an old pic of either of the boys...
Quebec representative JPolo hit us with the more soulful production of the two joints; 'Still The Kid' is a slow groove sample-based cut that sees Cee and Notion on their usual TMF ish - double time flows over the eerie synths allow the kids to flex a little, all the while letting y'all know where they came from.
The big homie iLLvibe dropped his 'Hate Is Love' mixtape the other day, which features the posse cut 'Weed Overdose' featuring Notion, Cee and a gang of #TheNetwork's dopest MCs. Peep game.
The homie King out of Ottawa dropped this banger on Soundcloud today - featuring Cee, iLLvibe, Yu$$o, J Capcity, Doc SVG and Alex Silas.

The black and gold box set contains a gorgeous BrewHeads Bière Sommelier Glass with 22 carat gold print; a custom 100% made in the USA snapback, complete with hop print under the brim and gold-stitched barley on the flip side; and, of course, a digital download of the track (the first 10 preorders come with a physical copy of Cee's album "This Is All I Know", while the second 10 come with Cee & Dr. MaD's "Steps To The Peak" Deluxe Edition EP).
Cee linked up with Philly resident Hezekiah (Bilal, The Roots, Talib Kweli) for this soulful head nodder. Shot in Mile End (the hipster HQ of Montreal) by long-time collaborator Richard Bastarache, the visuals for 'It Ain't Over' are simple yet fun, as the contagious energy of the two MCs perfectly compliments the positive vibes and strong message of the track.
"The Movement Fam's Notion (Toronto) and Cee (Montreal) teamed with Heavy Aux Records' Toronto native iLLvibe for a fresh, fun summer jam over one of Notion's productions; as the tangible chemistry between the three MCs became more evident, what began as a simple collaboration had now spawned something much larger and more exciting.
The video is here! The first track from the ongoing collaborative EP #Life, #RoadTrippin, dropped today. iLLvibe x Notion x Cee. Cop the audio free at www.hashtaglife.ca.
#RoadTrippin is the first track from the EP, a soulful Hip Hop journey which encapsulates the imminent summer's carefree vibe of a bunch of friends jumping in a car and seeing where the road takes them.
Aight so Sky and Ill's collab album, 'Live From The Tape Deck', dropped today, and here's the visuals for the first single, 'Speakers On Blast'. Video is fresh. Sky is on point with it, and Illmind is rarely, if ever, slackin' on the boards. Really looking forward to this album.
