Hey y'all!

So we've had a fantastically hectic year. Cee and Notion have (among other things): embarked on threeCanadiantours; rocked a bunch of high profile opening slots; releaseda handfulofmusicvideos; and Cee even dropped an international iTunes Hip Hop chart Top 10 hit with his debut album 'This Is All I Know', reaching #6 in Canada and #8 in Australia. But for almost a year, Cee has been working on something potentially huge, something that hasn't been done before - a rarity in today's day and age. Y'all already know that Cee really likes beer, right? Ok...

With the craft beer explosion happening in every corner of the globe, it was only a matter of time before the revolution gained a soundtrack.

Cee, originally from Melbourne, Australia but now located in Montreal, Canada, created the song 'BrewHeads' (produced by Dr. MaD) after connecting with Phillip Hinson via Instagram. Phil owns BrewHeads, a craft beer merchandise company based out of Phoenix, AZ. The two had a mutual admiration for each other's business, so a collaboration was inevitable. The track celebrates all aspects of the world of craft beer unlike any other tune before it - this is most definitely not your typical 'let's get drunk' theme song.

Now although a song and video like this is big enough news in itself, what truly makes this special is that Phil and Cee have created a super limited edition merch collab which will be available via the BrewHeads website for preorder* starting today, Thursday August 14th! The black and gold box set contains a gorgeous BrewHeads Bière Sommelier Glass with 22 carat gold print; a custom 100% made in the USA snapback, complete with hop print under the brim and gold-stitched barley on the flip side; and, of course, a digital download of the track (the first 10 preorders come with a physical copy of Cee's album "This Is All I Know", while the second 10 come with Cee & Dr. MaD's "Steps To The Peak" Deluxe Edition EP).

The incredible video (which releases Tuesday August 26th) was directed, shot and edited by 9Block Productions' Shane Russell and collaborator Richard Bastarache in microbreweries, brewpubs, dépanneurs and home brew shops around Montreal. We're officially pre-launching the video at the gorgeous Terrasse St. Ambroise in Montreal on Friday August 22nd, so if you're in town, swing by and get an early look! And if you like what you see, you can take advantage of the special offer from 9Block!

In the meantime, check out this great interview we did with Daniel Essiambre, owner of the awesome brewpub Brouhaha in Montreal!

*Preorders end on Friday August 22nd.
