Cee is spazzin' with an aggressive, relentless flow full of multis, similes, metaphors and savagery that can only get you amped for his forthcoming full-length projects.

'My Music' is a heartfelt, soulful banger with a hook that won't get out of your head. Notion speaks on his struggles, his coping mechanisms, his dreams and mostly his passion for music. What better way to prepare y'all for 'Pride On My Cufflinks', his first full length release, coming later this year.
So we were all like, 'fuck it. Let's make November big.' And we did. We got two new joints for y'all from both Notion and Cee...
First up, Nosh rips this fuckin' gem of a double time cut, 'Wassup (Okay) Freestyle'. This is the first time Nosh has knocked out some serious double time since like 2004/2005, so I for one was excited as hell to hear this. Peep game, and download it for free:
And finally, I got my ass into gear (pause) and got around to getting my solo career started. Now keep in mind, I haven't purposely released a solo track (aside from my contribution to the homie FlamesYall's 'InternationYall' album last month) since like 2002 or something. So this is a big ass deal for me.
While my girl was in Jamaica, I rocked a cut over Game x Chris Brown's "Pot Of Gold" joint. Breezy's hook is amazing, and I felt like I had to speak my mind about why things have changed lately, and where my passion for music lies.
Please 'Like' the Cee Facebook page to get it up with The Movement Fam, Notion and Cee & Bekah pages, and download the track for free from my Bandcamp! Cee - Pot Of Gold
Aight, for those who haven't signed up to The Fam eNewsletter (chuck your email addy in on the right side there), here's what just went out yesterday: Notion - Some People Hate
Notion has been going in lately. He knocked out a lil' freestyle over Jay's 'Some People Hate' and you can download it free from his Bandcamp page!
Tokyo Cigar - Operation: Remix The Remix (The Devastator Prequel)
The homie from Balitmore, Tokyo Cigar, just dropped a new album called 'Operation: Remix The Remix (The Devastator Prequel)'. Both Cee and Notion laced joints on here; Cee collabed with Tokyo on 'The Layer Cake', while Nosh rocked it solo on the freestyle tip. Another free download from Tokyo's Bandcamp!
FlamesYall - InternationalYall
Now off to the other side of the pond. Straight outta the UK, the homie FlamesYall dropped his anticipated 'InternationYall' album, featuring MCs from the US, Canada, UK, Luxembourg and Australia. Cee contributed a solo cut 'SatisfiedJust...', his first solo joint since 2002 (shouts to Tiff). Of course, this is yet another free download from FlamesYall's Bandcamp page.
I caught the messed up news yesterday on Twitter that battle MC/RhymeSayers artist Eyedea (government name Michael Larsen) passed away in his sleep at his home over the weekend. Terrible news for Hip Hop. Eyedea was one of the first battle MCs I ever really heard, so much respect goes out. Sign up to the Facebook Event (Fundraiser), and his mum started a Paypal account to accept donations to help pay for the funeral.
Check some of his work below. The second video is my favourite FREESTYLE battle rap ever (yup, back when MCs actually rhymed off the top).
Y'all might be familiar with the homies Whisper and A-Diction from various mentions on TheMovementFam.com, but alongside their boy Syntax, these fellas came together (pause) for a joint mixtape, In Good Company. Bang.
Check the official word on the project:
"Together the four musicians have created a bond that is reminiscent of some of the most note worthy groups in hip hop history, and featuring a stellar production line up consisting of M-Phazes, Mules (Choose Mics, Hyjak & Torcha), Ciecmate, Jsquared, Lewis One, ATP (Beatkamp Muzik) and Whisper, ‘In Good Company’ will do more than wet the whistles of the eager hip hop loving market, it will forge itself as the standard for all collaborative projects for years to come."
So while you're waiting for In Good Company to download, scroll up and check the fellas recent spot on 3RRR's Top Billin' show as they murder some mics.
On the real...it's like everyone wants to spit. Damn, The Movement Fam boys wanna sing! So the kid Bieber got on UK radio and decided to rap. Freestyle, at that. Shit had its moments, however overall it was pretty average, with Justin himself declaring 'I'm just a pop singer'. Interesting watch anyway.
I effs with both of these cats.
Caught this dope Emilio spot on the Tony Toca Show, and he just flows and flows. God damn son!
I found more old footage of Serius Jones on the tube. He and Big Ace go at it bar for bar. When it comes to freestyling, Serius is one of the best, period.
What it do, bloggers??
Peep this Kid Cudi and Kanye West 106 and Park Freestyle I saw on HipHopGame.com. Cudi smashes a smooth singy type free and 'Ye gets his arrogant on... it's dope, haha.
Enjoy!
Nosh dog.
This has got to be one of the greatest battles I have ever seen, period.
I dont really need to say much here, just OH. MY. GOD. Once again our dude from Inverse, Tunji, has blessed all of our ears again with yet another incredible freestyle for www.vimeo.com.
Tunji NEW CLASSICS freestyle from gregthedude on Vimeo.
Just watch it and admire.
MAKE SURE YOU COP THE "SO TRUE - EP" by "Inverse". Dope x10.
Peace yo
