The Movement Fam proudly presents Notion's debut music video for 'So Cold'. Directed and shot by Andrew Pierce in Toronto, Canada, shouts to the homies Eric, Ian and Jesse for making it happen, and much love to Shauna and Tiff (our lovely ladies). This is fucking brilliant. A new social media application for bands to help each other connect with each others fans. Clearly this will appeal more to the up and comers, however it does have substantial benefits for the more established acts. Watch the video after the jump and spread the word.

Social media enthusiasts may well be familiar with www.MissCoca.com, a relatively new marketing, fashion, pop culture, lifestyle, beauty and social media blog that is really making some waves on the interwebs.
So Lauren Ridgway, the founder of www.MissCoca.com, kindly contacted me to make me the May interviewee for 'Stars in the Blogosphere', which was the first interview I'd ever done that wasn't exclusively about music; it was more Craig than Cee. And it was really refreshing, and fun, to put more of me out there than my music persona.

It's one thing to go and play with LeBron James. It's quite another to face Bruce Manley.
Perhaps you are not yet familiar with the name. Manley is something of a YouTube cult hero for his rather picturesque basketball trick shot skills.
Somehow, Shaquille O'Neal, the newest Cleveland Cavalier, saw the video. Apparently, his ego was piqued even more than when he saw Orlando's Dwight Howard claim to be Superman.
So what did the NBA's king of social networking do? He Twittered a challenge to a HORSEing duel.
"i wanna play this guy n horse for a thousand dollars, find him pls http://twitter.com/THE_REAL_SHAQ/status/2305266891," read Shaq's tweet.
According to the HoopDoctors.com, Manley has accepted Shaq's challenge and the contest should happen some time in July. So I really would encourage everyone to look at the YouTube video I have embedded.
If you are not utterly astonished by his tree-point shot, then your emotions have left you for another woman. And, yes, I said tree-point shot--no spelling mistake.
As for the shot Manley hits totally blind from behind a wall, well, if that isn't extraordinary talent then I am the new chief executive officer of the Golden State Warriors.
Will Shaq be able to compete against this kind of ability? It will be very interesting which H-O-R-S-E rules they choose to play. But, if I were a betting man, and perish the thought, I would be betting Manley.
Unless, of course, there's some very fine editing going on here.

Recently after Kobe Bryant and the Lakers captured their fourth championship of decade, quite easily I say... Shaq twittered his congratulations to his former teammate Kobe. Lol.
Here's what he said:
"Congratulations kobe, u deserve it. You played great. Enjoy it my man enjoy it. And i know what yur sayin rt now "Shaq how my ass taste"
Last night it was also reported that the Cleveland Cavaliers are on the pursuit for Shaq's services. Could It Be 2010 Shaq Vs Kobe in the finals? Waddaya reckon??

I stumbled across this site on the lovely Google after a mate told me how to crack or "JailBreak" my i-Phone.. ahem.
Now, everyone that has an i-Phone or i-Pod Touch can make links on their Home Screen for their favourite pages on the web.
I found something REALLY sick for our regular visitors, and new comers to the blog can use, so they can keep in touch with us on the run, anytime, from their i-Phone's! I made a nice 'lil logo for yall to add too :) Aawww...

Aight, I'd heard of Twitter for the longest time, but never really bothered with it 'til I discovered the Barack Obama tweet. So I signed up and didn't mess with it for weeks...until yesterday.
For those who ain't know, Twitter is like the Facebook status updates...without everything else. And as shit as that sounds, it's actually really dope. And fun. And addictive. And everyone's doing it. Which, of course, is reason enough to join up.
So my man put me onto this thing called Twitterrific, which is like an MSN type program that sits on your desktop and allows you to see all the conversations between folks that you're 'following' and post directly to everyone without using the web app. Shouts to Ash for the link!
